The A-Type layer cage package supports flexible combination of components:
- Cage assembly fitted with drinking pipeline (base configuration, manual operation)
- Automated feeding assembly (optional upgrade)
- Nipple drinking automation set (optional upgrade)
- Automatic manure handling equipment (belt type or scraper type, optional)
- Ventilation & evaporative cooling assembly (mandatory for enclosed barns; optional for open-sided sheds)
Consists of wire mesh (hot & cold galvanized), hot-dip galvanized support frame, PVC water tubing, feed troughs, ball-style nipple drinkers, and pressure regulator.
When exhaust fans run, negative pressure draws fresh outdoor air through the porous wet cooling pad. The water circulation unit keeps the pad continuously saturated. As air passes across the wet pad, water evaporation cools the incoming air, bringing down indoor air temperature by 5–12°C compared with ambient outdoor temperature.
