Product Overview
Our commercial H-type stacked broiler housing system is a fully automated meat chicken rearing solution designed for large-scale poultry production. Available in 3-tier and 4-tier configurations, it adapts to different farm scales and operational requirements.
The entire structure is fabricated from Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel with a 275g/m² zinc coating, delivering excellent anti-corrosion performance and extended service life. The main frame supporting legs are made from 2mm hot-dip galvanized steel plate, while feed troughs are constructed from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized steel sheet for sturdy daily operation.
This complete automated broiler raising package integrates all essential components: cage body, heavy-duty supporting frame, feeding assemblies, nipple drinking pipelines, travelling on-rail hopper feeder, manure handling mechanism, bird harvesting equipment, and barn ventilation units.
Travelling On-Rail Hopper Feeding Unit
- Feed hopper assembly: Two hoppers installed per tier, constructed from 1.2mm hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.
- Traction assembly: Equipped with a 0.75kW drive motor; adopts 14mm PP traction rope, operating travel speed reaches 8.67 m/min.
- Trolley guide rail: Fabricated from hot-dip galvanized steel, dimension 48mm × 2.75mm.
- Front & rear end support frame: Hot-dip galvanized steel profile of 40mm × 60mm × 3mm.
Feed Silo & Auger Conveyor Assembly
- Available storage capacities: 4t, 8t, 10t, 13t, 15t, 20t, and 33 tons.
- Silo plate constructed from 3mm hot-dip galvanized steel.
- Bulk feed density stands at 0.65 ton/m³. The silo shell uses 275g zinc-coated galvanized steel, offering superior corrosion resistance and extended operational lifespan.
- Optional feed metering module can be fitted on demand to monitor feed consumption precisely.
- Auger elevator for feed transportation: fully hot-dip galvanized construction.
PP Slatted Floor Panel
- Raw material: Polypropylene (PP) with outstanding flexible performance.
- Functional design: The slat panels can be pulled out conveniently during chicken harvesting operations.
Spacious Cage Compartment & Wide Access Door

Vertical Clearance Between Cage Tiers

Automated Belt-Type Manure Removal System
- Belt manure scraper unit: Fitted with 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm galvanized steel chain safety gate; operational travel speed reaches 3 m/min with 1.5kW motor power.
- Manure transport belt: Made of high-tensile PP material for long-term service. Specs: 1.2mm in thickness and 1.2m in width.
- Support frame for the manure belt: Fabricated from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 1.5mm plate thickness.
Transverse Manure Transfer Conveyor
One unit is configured for each poultry barn. The horizontal and inclined conveying sections are independently structured. The main frame is welded from 5mm angle steel. It uses an 8mm thick rubber transport belt for manure delivery. This transverse conveying system features a tight sealing design to prevent manure leakage throughout the entire transport process.
Exhaust Ventilation Fan
- Fan housing: Constructed of hot-dip galvanized steel with a 275g/m² zinc coating.
- Fan blade: Fabricated from 1.2mm thick 430BA stainless steel plate.
