What is the working principle of the automatic harvesting system of H-type broiler cages?
When broilers reach the market weight, the bottom plastic mesh of the cage can be opened or removed. The broilers gently fall on the PP conveyor belt at the bottom of the cage, and the belt automatically transports the flock to the end of the chicken house for centralized crating and delivery, realizing automatic batch harvesting.
How does the equipment avoid broiler breast blisters and foot diseases?
Different from the pure steel mesh structure of traditional cages, our products are paved with food-grade soft plastic mesh mats on the cage bottom. The smooth and elastic cushion structure effectively buffers the pressure of broilers' body weight, avoids friction and extrusion damage, and fundamentally prevents breast blisters, skin abrasions and foot pad dermatitis.
