Product Overview
The H4L72 automatic layer raising system is a 4-tier high-density battery cage built for modern commercial egg production. By combining a hot dip galvanized steel structure with full automatic feeding, drinking, egg collection and manure cleaning, it delivers stable, labor-saving performance for large-scale poultry farms.

Detailed Configuration
Material: Q235 national standard bridge steel cage, white PVC trough, ball-type automatic drinking line, 3mm U-type galvanized steel shelf, closed-end pressure regulator.
Nipple drinker: 360-degree rotating valve with imported stainless steel sphere, sufficient water flow and leak-proof design. 15-20 year service life; free replacement for leakage or damage within 3 years (except artificial damage).
Trough: new white PVC trough, resistant to compression and heat deformation, built to withstand walk-on pressure. Service life 15-20 years.
Water pipe: new PVC material, not easy to deform at high temperature; impurities in the water cause no chemical reaction, ensuring clean and healthy drinking water. Service life 15 years.
Pressure reducer: fully enclosed regulator integrating voltage regulation and filtering, adjustable water pressure for each shed line.
