Full automatic system of battery chicken cage:
1:Battery cages in H type configuration for housing pullets and broilers.
2:Configurations include 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 tiers.
3:Constructed using Q235 double hot galvanized anti-corrosion material.
4:Features include a Q235 double hot galvanized bridge steel cage, hot galvanized steel feed trough, ball-type automatic water system, white PVC pipe, 3MM U-shaped galvanized steel shelves, and a closed-end pressure reducer; also equipped with Al-Zn material feeding and manure cleaning systems, plus ventilation, lighting, and environment control systems.
Accessories of broiler chicken cage :
1). Constructed from new white PVC, the trough withstands compression, heat, and deformation without breaking. It lasts over 15 years and supports up to 100kg.
2). Constructed with a 3MM U-type galvanized steel frame leg, this design uses a 3MM thick steel plate meeting national standards, with a load-bearing capacity of 350kg and a lifespan exceeding 15 years due to double-DIP galvanizing.
3). Featuring a 360-degree rotating design, the automatic water nipple drinker is available in ball or spring types, constructed from stainless steel and plastic.
4). Constructed from new PVC material, the white PVC water pipe withstands deformation and high temperatures, is difficult to damage, and avoids chemical reactions with water impurities, providing clean and healthy water for chickens for more than 15 years.
5). With a fully enclosed design, the regulator includes a voltage regulator and filter.
