High-quality multi-layer coops, unlike ordinary wire cages, have wire floors that facilitate fecal leakage, removing waste from the flock's vicinity and reducing the risk of fecal-borne diseases, thereby ensuring the health of the chickens and the interests of the farmers.

Each chicken is allotted 452 square centimeters of space, and each cage net has a feeding capacity of 18 birds.

For three layers, each compartment can breed 54 birds. Each enclosure varies, with four layers housing 72 birds, five layers holding 90 birds, and six floors accommodating 108 birds. The most common setup is four layers. Optional multi-layer partition structures often feature eight layers (4+4) or nine layers (3+3+3).
