Spiral Pre-Cooler Machine Description
Spiral pre-coolier/cooling system is used for pre-chilling carcass or its by-products during the poultry process. In earlier years, we first exclusively manufactured this machine after investigate many countries equipment. It win the highly evaluation by users after promotion in China. It have the following special feathers and benefits according to the traditional water tank pre-chilling.
1. Small space needed.
2. Saving energy by small amount of energy loss.
3. Good pre-cooling effect; The traditional water tank pre-chilling which chicken just pass by the tank which hanging on the shackles with the conveyor line, the blood water and blood which in chest and skin is hard to remove out. But the chicken in screw chiller forward by screw blade pushing, and at the same time with the air blow up which by fans to make chicken turns around in the water, which make the blood move out from chest.
4. All build by stainless steel, aesthetic, health, entirely up to international standards.
5.The shaft rotating speed is regulated by converter, which effect control the chilling time.

Installation and commissioning of spiral pre-cooler equipment and maintenance
1. Placed the equipment according to the whole line process, adjust the level of machine and convergence with other devices.
2. After loading and transportation, before start officially work, have to no-load operation while checking blades, dumper if have any place friction or scratch, adjust it if have.
3. Fill with water to set level( normally associated with the spindle centerline relative level is appropriate), and checking if there is any leakage.
4. Before the equipment start working, need fill 40# to 50# machine oil, during work, periodic inspection and refueling oil is needed. It is prohibited to inject dirty, corrosive lubricant oil.
5. Keeping the fan`s inlet clear of any obstruction, regularly check the heating of motor.
6. The dumper motor and main shaft main must operating at the same time.
7. The equipment supervised and operated by the special workers, it prohibited the workers who don`t understand running it or change the parameter of convertor.
8. It is prohibited to run the main shaft when the dumper stop working, which may damage the dumper by overloading.
