Automatic egg collection system structure design is simple and reasonable, easy to operate, and effectively saves human resources, which is used in conjunction with automatic drinking water system, automatic manure removal system, automatic feeding system, light control system and automatic temperature control system to greatly improve the degree of automation of profitable layer breeding.
Automatic Egg Collection Machine Characteristics
Automatic egg collection machine has advanced technology and reasonable structure. The egg collection belt automatically transmit the eggs from each line of layer chicken cage to the front of poultry house. Egg collection device gently transfers the eggs to the vertical egg picker, which is on the egg picking table. The egg picker collects the eggs at the egg collection table, and then collects them to the designated place by the workers, or connects the egg conveyor belt to collect the eggs from multiple chicken cage together.
1. Egg collection device and egg collector adopt independent modular structure and separate design to meet the purchase needs of different customers and the additional needs of later equipment;
2. Use C-shaped egg claws to achieve a smooth transition when the egg is turning, and effectively prevent the egg from being dropped when turning;
3. Egg collection device at the transition between the vertical egg picker and the egg collection system buffers the running speed of the eggs and reduces the egg breaking rate;
4. The egg collecting belt is woven from high-toughness polypropylene material. The belt is soft and smooth with stripes. The eggs stay on the egg-collecting belt effectively to avoid collisions with the cage, thereby effectively reducing the egg breakage rate.
