Multi-level battery chicken cage system use poultry litter manure removal cleaning equipment has the characteristics of anti aging, wear resistance. Belt way manure removal machine contains longitudinal belt waste removal and transversal manure conveyor two parts. Logitudinal belt use 1.2mm thickness white pp material, transfer the manure directly to the end machine dropped onto transversal conveyor. Transversal belt conveyor adopts 6mm green rubber material, transporting the manure to outside of house onto the truck and drive away.
Poultry Litter Manure Removal Cleaning Equipment Working Mehods
When the manure cleaning machine is starts, the manure cleaning machine is operated by the motor and reducer through the automatic rollers of each layer of the chain. The friction force is generated under the forced roller and the automatic roller, and the manure-bearing belt moves along the cage group. Moving in the length direction, the chicken manure is transported to end part, and it is scraped off by the manure scraper set at the end, and then the manure cleaning work is completed.
The conveyor belt type manure cleaner uses the most advanced national standard cycloidal pinwheel reducer to ensure the rationality of the output transmission ratio.
